1. General

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern the provision of services by the SUBNOVA online service (getsubnova.com) — an automatic subtitling, transcription and translation service for audio and video files (the "Service").

By subscribing to or using the Service you accept these Terms in full.

2. Services

The Service provides access to software on a subscription (SaaS) basis: automatic transcription of audio/video, subtitle generation, translation, export to SRT, VTT, TXT, DOCX and other formats, and storage of results in the user's library.

• Free plan — 30 minutes of transcription at no charge, no subscription required.
• Pro plan — $20/mo: 30 hours of transcription per month, unlimited translation, all standard export formats, folders, tags and search.
• Business plan — $50/mo: 90 hours of transcription per month, DOCX and extended formats, priority processing, team workspace.

3. Delivery and service terms

The Service is delivered electronically via the personal account at getsubnova.com. Access to a paid plan is activated automatically immediately after the payment is confirmed by the payment system (usually within minutes).

No physical delivery takes place — the Service is a digital service. Processing results (subtitle files) are available for download in the personal account as soon as processing is complete.

A subscription is valid for the paid period (1 calendar month from the payment date) and renews automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. You can cancel your subscription at any time in your account settings.

4. Payment methods

Payments are processed by the WayForPay payment service. Available payment methods:

• Visa and Mastercard bank cards;
• Apple Pay;
• Google Pay;
• Privat24.

5. Refunds

Refund terms and procedure are set out in the Refund Policy available at getsubnova.com/refund-policy.

6. Rights and obligations

• The user undertakes to upload only content they own or are authorised to use.
• Using the Service to process content that violates applicable law is prohibited.
• The provider undertakes to keep the Service operational and to keep uploaded materials confidential.
• The provider may restrict access in case of a breach of these Terms.
